Developer as staff

Hello everyone,

Im searching for developers for my server and hope that somebody can help me out with this.

About this:
You will be staff member so its not a one time job.
You may sell some plugins (but these plugins must have less features that the main plugin).
the "big" plugins will be private or eventualy sold by the network.

Q:Can i have the full price of the plugins im allowed to sell?
A:Yes if its not higher then €10.00 you cant sell our plugins more then this price.

Q:If i stop working for you am i still allowed to sell them?
A:You can sell them after but we are allowed to ask annytime that you send these plugins to R_Flintstone and/or let you delete them from the web so you cant sell them if this not happends these will be reported.

Q:Can i remove "Made for Flintcrafted"
A: No you arent allowed to do this, not in the plugin and not in the spigot post.

Q:Can i add a copyright?
A:You are allowed to place "Made by {name}".

You are paid by the people who buys the plugins and i need ingame/normal plugins and some that work with a webinterface.

I'm confused, you want developers to make you free plugins and then sell them with your servers name on it if we want money for them? Oh and you also want to be able to sell our plugins that we make you for free?

What I am getting from this is you want big plugins for yourself for free, to eventually sell and giveaway and you are not willing for the developer working for you to sell huge plugins.

I wouldn't think many people would want to work with you.
