My name is Wouter, and I've been interested in programming my whole life. I'm currently a Computer Science student!
I have at least 5 years experience with the Bukkit/Spigot API, and 4 years experience with MySQL and PHP.

You may not resell any plugin I made for you without my permission.
If we agree on a price, any additional features and/or changes will add up on the price and won't be done for free.
You get 1 year of free bug fixing after the plugin is done and the payment has been made.
You get 1 year of free minecraft version updates, should the plugin not be compatible with a newer minecraft version.
Any attempt to scam will result in a report.
You agree on any change of this ToS, without the need of a notification.
I generally require full payment before I start working on the plugin, if we have not discussed otherwise.
If you buy any plugin from me, you're accepting my ToS.
