Details:
We want to code a huge minigame that doesn´t exist already on the whole minecraft world. Its really not a small project. Its not a project were you will code alone. We will code on it.

The whole project is about realise a boardgame in minecraft.

Aside from focusing on the money (that in any case, you will have to pay the developer), You should've provided more specific details about your requirements.

Developers will not work for free especially if it is a big project. I may have people interested to help but we would need to know if it is paid or not.

I would like to say, the original poster is a developer himself and he is looking for people that are like him and want to be apart of something new, and innovative.
Also if you are just looking for money, read my signature, work on your skills, this would be a great way to do so, as it's apart of a team of brilliant developers that know what they are doing and are willing to help each other
