Looking for development staff for a partly unique type factions server.
What is it?
I, and my very small "developer" team of 2 (Including me) have been working day and night on configuring and creating a factions server for a slightly inexperienced (But learning) server (soon to be network) manager. He's growing in popularity with his recent minecraft channel and has entrusted us, and perhaps you, to assist in creating this server. Here's his youtube channel here.

What we have
We have created a to-do list and a separate discord server for changelogs and such, we need help on completing this server in a faster time. Depending on how tough the job was, we will pay ex: We will certainly pay, if needed, for a custom plugin, but perhaps not and take as a favor for helping out configure something or opening source code to fix a minor bug.
What we need
Most of the process will be following instructions and figuring out how certain plugins work, perhaps implementing certain features, re-formatting messages to go along with a theme, fixing bugs if any, perhaps creating/editing small plugins to complement it all, etc.
About me
My name is ArgonGaming I have been setting up servers/networks for years. I have worked for the Jerry & Harry network, helped set up the Orepros Channel Network, and have created 3 networks of my own in the past that have been passed off. However, I still require some assistance in this journey to learn more about the development of servers and management, perhaps even some advice for our team for any expertly experienced out there would be great, I am here to be open-minded and learn.
