Developers for a new MC server (Paid) (Hoping to be completely unique)

Barrage MC is a newly envisioned Minecraft server consisting of three divisions; Community, Build, and Development. Barrage MC is looking forward to being a one of-a-kind server, with our completely unique idea for a game mode.

As lead of the Development division, it is my sole responsibility to ensure the server runs smoothly, recruit developers, and make sure you are cut to make our team.

What do we need?

Currently the Development division is in need of Plugin Developers (PD). Not just any PD, though. We need someone who's able to take what we say, and make it happen.
The developers we hire are expected few things:

• Professional
• Hard-working
• Dedicated towards putting your best work in, even putting in multiple hours of work
• Ability to make reality of an idea
• The ability to custom-code plugins

After applying you will be given our Discord invite link, in which after joining we will overview your application. If accepted, we will continue the hiring process and interview you.
Just keep in mind, we're looking for people who are experienced. However, if you apply and have just began Plugin Development, and you can prove you have the capabilities, we will hire you; allowing you experience for bigger projects.
