Ok, well where do I start with this. Are you only offering a percentage of the profits or are you actually offering a wage? Also this sounds like it is just a service team, andcan you prove you are a company? Just because you say you are a company does not mean you are one...

Percent of our profits. Most of kids here aren’t full time so I can’t pay a wage obviously

Basically free work then, cause let's be honest what if your profits are $0. Have the Developers worked for nothing and if they are working for nothing they could just take the risk working for themselves.
