Development Team | Testing Minecrafts Limits

Hello, I'm Zetaria and I'm creating a new Minecraft Server "ZetariaRealms". I'm currently looking for a developer team who can help bring ideas into the game that almost sound impossible. I'm looking for people who are willing to help (at least try) to bring features and new ideas into the normal Minecraft Survival experience that most people would never believe is possible.

One of my current projects is creating a Nuclear Survival Experience to the game. We're currently still looking for experienced developers for this project. Who would be able to create plugins to bring new mechanics/features into the game. Such as "Nuclear Generators/Power Generators/Ect"

We're currently looking for a team that can also create a plugin used for custom server world generation.
As well as a team who can create a plugin which brings world tragedies into the survival experience. Such as Acid Rain/Tornadoes/Heat Exposure "Sun Exposure" (That burns a player who is in the rain) /Nuclear Energy Exposure/Ect.
