Like I mentioned in another post of mine here on the forum, I do think my district will open school next year, because sadly in the world we live in people feel unsafe in their own homes, parents can't afford food, mental health support, and a lot of other services that kids should have as a right, don't happen, and schools are a big support building block. I think they are hoping to give one on one devices, and have more online supported stuff and a A/B schedule to go along side it to help keep everyone healthy.Tell me your opinion![]()
I've heard about the UK's cases but whenever a country eases restrictions, cases can (most likely will) go up.If you're talking about the US, no. I agree with all the points made by PradyXT
In the UK, where cases are (gradually) reducing, all schools are reopening in September with fines for parents who don't send their kids to school unless they're shielding. I wish they'd just implement some form of social distancing / face coverings.
bruh..I don't know what is going to on here honestlyMines starting in a month![]()
yeah.. our cases are still going down daily.. but I can expect to see a second wave (or at least more cases) soon. My school is made up of 800 pupils, say the asymptomatic rate is 80% as it is in the UK and we all had COVID, statistically 640 of us would have 0 or little to no symptoms.I've heard about the UK's cases but whenever a country eases restrictions, cases can (most likely will) go up.
I heard the UKs talking about about making face masks mandatory. Unsure if it's true or not though. If you're talking about the US, no. I agree with all the points made by PradyXT

Only in shops at the moment, I quote "the science has shifted on face coverings" but there's lots of people saying they will make them mandatory and lots that say they wont..I heard the UKs talking about about making face masks mandatory. Unsure if it's true or not though.
You cannot compare Sweden (or any Scandinavian countries) with the rest of Europe / USA. The population density is so much higher in other countries. So, obviously, if you encounter fewer people, you will have fewer cases.Sweden here:
For year 1-9, it never closed. Though, anything above that (including university) has been done from home. Those will open now.
It's quite fun to see people in the US having a massive debate on face masks knowing that literally no one here has one. Life is almost like normal here.
Yeah they in Scotland they are mandatory when you go to a store but if you are just walking around in public and keeping your distant then they are not. Also mostly in UK they won't become mandatory due to us have a government that cares more about sending people back to work then try to keep them safeI heard the UKs talking about about making face masks mandatory.
