Eldenstead — Medieval Roleplay Survival Server in Development
Hello everyone!Eldenstead is an upcoming Java Minecraft server focused on medieval roleplay, survival, kingdoms, empires, exploration, and community-driven stories.
The server is still a work in progress, but development is moving forward steadily. We are building a large custom world filled with villages, castles, settlements, and places for players to explore and eventually call home. Players will be able to form kingdoms, join larger empires, claim land, trade, fight wars, write lore, and help shape the history of the server.
Our goal is not to create another heavily pay-to-win server. Eldenstead is being built around community, immersion, and long-term gameplay. Any purchases we offer will focus primarily on cosmetics and will not provide unfair advantages.
What We Are Working On
Some of the systems currently being developed include:- Custom kingdoms and empires
- Land claiming and player-owned plots
- Medieval ships and naval gameplay
- Living NPCs and interactive towns within spawn
- Custom weapons, armor, brewing, and crafting
- Wars, alliances, trade, and diplomacy
- Player-written lore and community storytelling
- A large custom-made world
We Are Looking for Staff
As Eldenstead grows, we are currently looking for people interested in helping with the project.Moderator
Moderators will help manage the community, answer player questions, enforce the rules, and help keep the server welcoming and enjoyable.Builder
Builders will help improve towns, castles, roads, interiors, landscapes, ruins, and other areas throughout the world. Experience with medieval building styles is preferred.Developer
Developers will help create, update, and maintain custom plugins and server systems. Eldenstead runs on Paper 1.21.4, and much of the server is built around custom Java plugins.We are looking for mature, dependable people who are willing to communicate and work as part of a team. Eldenstead is still being developed, so staff members should be comfortable helping with testing, feedback, and preparation before the server officially opens.
You do not need to be available every day, but we do ask that applicants are honest about their experience and how much time they can contribute.
