We expect multiple configurations specialists to apply, Each one will be placed on the trial period. 1 week to do a list of configurations and 1 week for deciding. We would like to do 1 week of configurations to see how many configurations the user can complete within the week and how long it takes them.

The pay for this position is; $10/hr

So I do free configurations for a week just for an opportunity to be hired... Seems like a scam to me.

None of the configurations will be featured within our server. We are going to be providing mind-wrenching plugins thats scale in configuration difficulty to test the users skill within configurations.

Instead of doing a 1 week trial period for $10/hr, get a job today at a fast food joint for $10-15/hr.

I suppose, However $10/hr is above the average for configuration specialists. Atleast by the prices outline by MCMarket. A full server setup can take up to or even more than 40 Hours, Most configuration specialists will charge around $250-$300 for a full server setup (1 gamemode). Good configuration specialists can make a whole server in a week. So I believe it's unreasonable. It's a lot of free work.

Alright, so the issue you are having is with the trial period? We will remove the trial period then.
