Look, I'm not trying to trash here but why do we care? Surely this should be an update for your current clients, not for the whole of MC-M to see. You've also made multiple threads about your service when one was enough...
Anyone who actually considering going here to host a server, I recommend that you DO NOT come here at all! There CEO doesn't even own it, he just had the idea. The COO pays for it all and is very toxic towards everyone and states "no one is his competition" but then tries to get info on a host which isn't even up yet. The website is made in Word and the guy has put little to no effort into there company or whatever this joke is. DO NOT BUY A SERVER FROM HERE!
(Also I believe they lie about there specs because when I asked for there hosting location there COO was hesitent to give it out and tried dodging the question all together)

First, the COO had the idea. The website is no longer made in Word. Check the website properties if you don't believe it.
Second, we forced you out when you tried to gather information from us. Which we have a very strict integrity policy.
Third, we told you to find it out yourself. Which you claimed was impossible. If you were really someone we wanted to do business with, you would have known how to get that information.

One wasn't enough. We update it for our audience, which is the MC-M. Not just for our clients. Instead of bumping threads, we create new ones in the time span that we could bump them. I do not think "bumping" is an appropriate use of that valuable time. Who ever has seen it last week already saw it. We update our material when there's a change, and we go through a lot of changes.

Creating multiple threads is actually against the rules of MCM. Especially if they're basically just post updates about your hosting company.
Please stick to the guideline of using the fewest amount of threads regarding your hosting business as every other host tries to follow who are here to make profit.

One was enough and that's the point... Especially a thread like this since it's irrelevant to the actual service you provide and is just an update. Why couldn't you just have posted an announcement on your own site like every other host (who are being rational and thoughtful towards other users of MC-M)?
Furthermore, I still don't see any publically viewable documents such as Terms of Service, Privacy Policy etc...

We aren't filling the page with new posts that hide everyone else's. That's breaking the rules. If we we're taking one post and reposting it multiple times, that's breaking the rules. Creating multiple posts with the same information multiple times is breaking the rules, and it is unfair. That's not what we're doing. We're creating new posts with new information in the allotted time of a bump. Which is another thread and new content. And that's not breaking the rules. I've read the rules and I apply the rules with each post I make.
Everyone has the same amount of time to get eye space. We only post in our time to bump posts. We do not post more than once in 20 hours. We are ethical. I don't see how this is in any violation.
I thank you for the feedback, and I will begin redoing this post and bump it as a new thread.

They don't have an SSL Cert installed at all for their billing system, and the COO insisted they don't need one.
Furthermore he stated that he doesn't have to follow GPDR at all (Their whmcs is located in EU) but he said they're based in US.. Whereas you still have to follow it because you're still exporting eu data to usa..
"EU law doesn't allow exporting user personal information unless you can show that you'll protect their info/data" You have no privacy policy, or tos at all. Surely you're going to hardly get any sales at all if you don't have a more professional website that looks like a 5 year old designed it.

Actually what I said was we have to follow the rules because we deal with EU citizens. Not for the fact we just have a server. It's about the European citizens.
We respect your opinions and will look into them.
I said we have ways of fixing the problem.
Alright, let me make something clear to you about GDPR. Yes it is bullshit but I must say 2 points to you.
1. If you are handling EU citizens data or have a web host or dedicated machine located in EU. You must abide by the GDPR rules. There is no way you can pass it unless you wan't to find a way to stop people in the EU from looking and going onto your website.
2. If you are saying since your in the US a law which includes EU citizens (which I think some of your clients are) then you must. There must be a privacy policy and terms of service to be visible on your website.
Well firstly your COO was harrasing me, started asking questions about stuff HE DIDNT KNOW. He clearly states to me and EVERYONE else he is greater then everyone and because he is "paying for a dedicated box" (He told me he has investors who pay for it) he has become full on power hungry. I actually tried to buy a server off you guys and all I got was harrassed. As I was about to become a paying customer I found that discusting, Your business has no care for your clients. He even admitted to me over DM's (I cant get them because I am banned from his discord and I blocked him due to harrassment). I overall find your "business" pathetic. Your COO has lied about everything to me and then claiming that he has access to stuff he doesn't even have access to.
We are renting a dedicated server. We mentioned that in thread #1. We don't have our investors pay for it. You claim to wanting to be a paying customer, yet you are not a client. There's a big difference. The COO is high management of this business and his word stands as good as the rest of us. He has just as much access in here as anyone else.
What I, and I think I can speak for everyone in Enteron World, find disrespectful. If I may, is you are coming to reply on a business thread trying to dissuade potential customers about something that does not pertain to the business as a whole. Let's leave it at that.

And your COO told me investors are not happy with the way Enternon was running. I would show the messages but I would rather not be harrassed again by someone who lies to clients and acts immature when trying to promote a business. Overall, you and your business are a joke. I have said this before and I will say it again.

Let the customers write the reviews. Investors are not happy with stuff like this. That is why we had to ban you. You were offering hosting related services and we have a strict policy in regards to conflict of interests. We told you we could not provide you services because of that.
We are here to do business. This is not Jenga where argument after argument causes one of them to fall. If you don’t like it, compete ethically and reply with market share. Think Monopoly, not Jenga.
