#1 When you purchase something from me you automatically agree to the Terms of Service if you do not, you will not be allowed to use my services.
#2 You are not allowed to claim or copy any of my work as your own, nor copy any of my documents.
#3 I require a 100% upfront payment for live work but 50% for normal work, all payments must go through Paypal.
#4 You may not sell any product made by me, without explicit permission to do so.
#5 I keep all files saved, but I advise you to keep backups.
#6 I reserve the right to deny or terminate service if it is in breach of my Terms, or any laws set forth by any nations involved with the sale. I also reserve the right to deny or terminate service that I am not comfortable with terms surrounding, or developments not made clear before the service has begun.
#7 I reserve the right to use any completed project on my social media, or portfolio unless agreed on otherwise.
#8 You must always be polite and not offensive, otherwise, I will abandon the project and any active orders will not be refunded.
#9 If you as a client doesn't respond in over two days, the commission will be marked as completed and archived.
