Mojang is about to ruin servers
Pretty sure this is also Microsoft. Microsoft ruined Pocket Edition and Windows 10 with requiring a Xbox Live Account > Therefore usernames most likely taken.

I think we can all agree that Microsoft and possibly Mojang made a downhill turn.

Just a quick question regarding the EULA. Would you be able to make a donator perk including the following?:

This is just a quick un-thought out example, just want to confirm my thoughts.

So the perk could consist of a 99% chance of receiving a donator key when voting, you could set it up so that there is a 1% chance for non-donators when voting so that it doesn't really cross over with the EULA. If i'm correct, the EULA states that if you are adding non-cosmetic perks, non-donators should also be able to receive the perks. So you could pretty much use the key to redeem kits etc.?
Trying to be smarter than them won't work. If they want your server to go down, trust me they have the means to do so.

Would you suggest when I build my PC to stick with windows 8?
God no! Windows 10 is amazing! You can still use the normal version of MC :) It's just that Windows 10 MC Edition uses PE servers and sucks.[DOUBLEPOST=1456857120][/DOUBLEPOST]

If it's offline, then they can't. :)

By offline, I mean offline mode/cracked.

Tell me exactly why? You're running their code. You have absolutely 0 rights to it. When you bought the game you just got access to it. You can't do shit.

EDIT: + I think their lawyers are a bit better, considering they're backed by a multibillion corporation.

From what I have heard, since cracked servers don't go through their Mojang servers, they don't enforce it for them. That's what I have heard, don't quote me on it

Not really trying to act smarter than them, it's just simply complying with everything that they said and it's not going against anything they said from what I read...

Why should Mojang use google to make a form while they could make it on there own website lol.. i don't think this is the actual way to report it.
It's an actual way.

Why can't Mojang just leave the community alone? We were at peace but by this whole EULA joke they enforce they only make people mad.
