Hey guys,

It's the first build I sell, but it isn't a basic one in the least. I have been working on this spawn for some time and have decided to sell it.

Price: 100 USD, debatable

It is a detailed 193 x 193 medieval build which can be used as a Hub, a Prison spawn, a Factions spawn or other variations of minecraft minigames. This spawn is in a single exemplary and will not be available for purchase once it has been sold.

The different requirements of certain spawns such as factions and prisons being importantly different, I will therefore be at your disposal for any necessary modifications that have to be applied to the build so that it suits the necessary gamemode style without any compensation required.

Once you buy the build, any modifications necessary on the build to make it blend in do not require money.

Good, because those tend to serve as "proof of ownership". People sometimes try to sell downloaded or stolen builds here, claiming they made them, yet they can rarely ever prove it.
If you have a PMC post of it that's more than a week old, that will generally serve as proof as well.

This is all I have for the "in-process" photos. What I do when I usually build is I build different parts and world-edit them together, the copy pasting etc.
The pictures are from the main towers in the extremities and from the main gates.
Sorry for the inconvenience, it's all I have...
