ExoticPvP OP Factions ~ Needs Staff (Read me)

Hello, my name is Alex AKA ExxxoticBlue.

I am going to be releasing a server called ExoticPvP this coming weekend and Im looking for Staff. Primarly to start Im looking for 3 Helpers, 2 Moderators, 1 Admin, and 1 free working Developer. (Dev to just fix minor things etc)

The server is OP Factions.

Server IP is confidential as of now. Only Staff I accept will be allowed on before the release.

Free working dev? Does that mean the dev isnt paid?

Yes indeed, but that might change shortly once donations are collected. The only work Ill be having the Dev do is minor things.
For Ex: Change the MOTD, Edit a Plugin, Edit a Rank, Edit Crates, Etc. Simple stuff for a Dev.

But eventually they will be getting paid and having harder more custom projects to do.
How much the Dev will be paid... I will discuss with the person until we can agree on something.
