OVERVIEW
Hi, I'm currently operating a private server where a few friends and I have been working on a city project for an RPG that we're looking to open in a few months. Due to the fact that there's only a few of us the progress has been slow.

PLAN
The server is going to be a modern city RPG where player's can choose their path and decide where to live, how to live, and what career to pursue in. There are many servers that have this same concept, however many of them have buildings constructed by players in survival which leads it to have lower standards and be overall less-realistic. Our goal is to create a central city in the heart of the island with surrounding suburban and rural towns. The map is currently in the works and features a central island with mountainous regions and many other realistic land elements ideal for building. The map is planning to be based off of Southern California similar to LA.

REQUIREMENTS
We're seeking a build team that is capable of making our plan a reality by creating a central city that meets our standards with high-rises, suburban neighborhoods, roads, and full interiors that make it easy for this style RPG to function. Since there are already existing builds and I am capable of working on this myself, I don't need a full time team doing it from start to finish.

Specifically, this is what we're seeking:
-Realistic skyscrapers.
-Suburban homes, townhouses, apartments, mansions.
-Stores, shopping centers, strip malls, parking lots.
-Operating Public transit infrastructure.
-Building interiors and decoration.
-High quality roads and highways.
-Traffic lights, roadworks.
-Parks, gardens, farms, natural regions, campgrounds.

PAYMENT
Due to the extent of what we're asking, I am open to payment options however it must be reasonable and the builds need to hold up to our high standards. Specifics can be determined later.

Thanks for your reply, I'm actually still working out the details with a terraformer that is going to be creating the island for us however I'm still unsure what the exact size of it is, and how many buildings will be needed to fit in the area. It's definitely going to need to be large enough to include 20+ buildings in the main city. In regards to payment I'd like to keep it under $100, meaning I'd be okay with not including detailed interiors, etc. if necessary.

Thank you all for reaching out, I spoke with a few of you and I really appreciate all the offers. I've decided that due to the specifics of what I'm looking for, I'll need to find someone that has a better idea of how to put it all together.

HOWEVER:

The terraformer that was originally supposed to help us is no longer able to so I'm looking for someone (or a team) that is able to create a custom designed island in WorldPainter that is capable of fitting an entire city and suburban areas. I'm thinking around 5,000 blocks wide? Surrounded entirely by water. Please give me a general price range of what this might cost and feel free to contact me if you have not already done so!
