Hi there Mc-Market users!

I am looking to hire a highly experienced Setup specialist, developer, configuration specialist but preferably someone that can do it all or a team that can.

I have released my multi player server and close to releasing 2 more game-modes. But since I am not the configuration kind of guy I need to hire an expert to give me an objective look and support throughout for further development, improvements and expanding the network.

Are you:
-Mature and professional
-Communicative skilled
-Manage dead-lines
-Able to spend a decent amount of frequent time in this collaboration/partnership
-Experienced with setting up full working servers from beginning to end and everything involved such as connecting them through a proxy, pex, enhancements and anything related configuration wise
-Familiar with a wide range of game-modes
-Someone with an eye for detail and knows how to make things more enjoyable for players
-A person that is passionate about what they are paid for and does not hesitate to participate and give their opinion on improvements or things that might work better overall.

Because I will be working closely with the person who provides these services I am looking mostly for someone that is reputable, mature, professional and communicative skilled. Communication = key!

I have a large budget to spend. And I will do so with the right person. But I will not hire just anyone! I am a demanding person and expect the people I hire to manage dead-lines, work professional and work with high quality. But with open communication and input of you as a specialist.

But as I stated this will be very well paid.
If you use some common sense, my way to describe it is simply to exclude people that want to earn easy/fast cash without quality nor passion. As you can tell throughout my complete thread.

So your comment is completely irrelevant and simply trashing my thread.

Vierdant Has a valid point, it's a market forum, regarding Minecraft, creating good setups takes time, and lots of effort, it can't be done in the snap of a finger.

I never said that this user had no valid point but I did point out trashing my thread with irrelevancy towards my thread while it is already specifically explained does not make sense. There is also no reason to comment in the first place when a thread like mine is very self-explanatory. And especially when someone is intentionally making comments that have nothing to do with my request like your comment. It is your own decision to post on this thread but if you are not interested in this position or are you are here to have a discussion or want to share opinion, please stop commenting or take it to PM's.

By the way for exactly those reasons you point out I am not looking for someone to just earn easy cash. But someone with passion and professionalism towards the position I am offering.

Upon reading your thread, particularly this blurb, I find it strikingly awesome that you sound just like me back when I was a passionate Minecraft "business guru" per se. My name is Satan, I've also been known more commonly as zDrakon.

My skillset with plugin configuration, especially advanced plugins such as MythicMobs, along with a fair pay can surely motivate a college student like me to get going again and setup everything you need to perfection.
