Introduction
Hello, nice to meet you. I am GoldenEagle, real name, Albin, I am 17 years old and I have money to invest, my story in a few words is that I was able to turn $15 into $100 with minimum effort, roughly 2-3 years ago through a pc minecraft server, now I am back and I am looking for someone to mentor.
What do I mean by mentor?
I mean to let someone use my money responsibly and make more money from it, to further explain, I expect whoever I am mentoring to know what they are doing, for the person to have a plan, for the person to make me my money back effectively and efficiently, before I realize that it is gone, the only support they should need from me is motivation and a small amount of my time to go over everything that is being done. I'd be very happy to teach them tricks and tips as well as other things fort the mentee to progress further and further.
What is in it for the mentee?
Let us be real here, I am the Investor, the mentee is the planner and organiser, the mentee will not receive anything until I the Investor have made my money back and I have started receiving profits, after that, the profits made, in the first 3 months 60% will go back into the server, 25% will go to me, 15% will go to the mentee, yes it is an unfair balance but hold on, after 6 months, the mentee's percentage will increase from 15% to 21% depending on the success of profits and after 1 year, we will discuss how successful it has been and what we need to do and what we want from each other. In all realness, I understand people want to get paid beforehand but you got to ask yourself, does a construction manager pay his employees before they do the job of building a house, or after they have completed there part of building a house? See, you know the answer to that and the same apply's when working for me. A little secret for you though, if you do a superb and outstanding job, I will throw in a tip(a little extra money) for you, just to show my level of respect for you.
So what are the requirements?
Okay, so I guess that I have managed to interest you enough, for you to want to find out the requirements, if you have just skipped to this section and not read through the whole thread, good luck to you, you are not welcome here, read through the whole thread first before reading this, because I promise you that you will not like the outcome when it comes to the interview, if it gets to the interview... Okay, sorry about that, to those of you who have read the whole thread and are genuinely interested in this opportunity, I just needed to address that really quickly, once again, I apolgise, now, age, age, age, it is very important to me, extremely important, I was 14-15 when I made the $100, I was also very stupid as well and blew it quickly, minimum age 16, willing to make an exception for 15 under strict circumstances of maturity and dedication, literally if you can do that, than you have an equal chance to those who are the age of 16 and above, now second requirement, time, lots of time, you must be willing to give up a minimum of 28 hours a week for the server, you might think it is a lot of time, but that is 4 hours a day every week, and think about weekends where you might dedicate more time so you can ease up your weekday hours, okay, 28 hours still seems too excessive for voluntary start off work, yes it does, I 100% agree with you on that, but it shows me two things to the people that are still currently interested, that a, you are serious about taking up this position and b, that you believe in yourself to accomplish and complete these hours that I am expecting from you, in short it shows a high level of ambition, we can ease up the hours when i feel satisfied with what has been done and, that we are meeting expectations of where we plan to be, now third requirement, I would like you to direct message me your curriculum vitae or your portfolio or your resume or your personal statement, whatever suits you I guess, fourth requirement, you must have a plan for me in presentation format on what you plan to do, ready at hand to send to me once requested, finally, once you have done and fulfilled all of these requirements, you need to reply to the thread with this sentence "I have completed my application. I am now awaiting for your response" once you have done that, I know a, your not a bot and b that you have gone through everything that I have written in the requirements section, don't worry I will be testing you in the interview for what I have written in this entire thread, not just the requirements section, now that is all summed up and out of the way I suggest
that you carry on and continue reading.
What is your investment amount?
It is none of your concern, of course I will be investing but, I will be investing an amount that I deem reasonable, I want people to apprehend the skill, and learn you can go from as little to nothing, to big and something of a deal, this is what you must understand if a dumb 15 year old at the time like me, could turn $15 into $100 within 2 weeks of constant work, then anyone has the ability to do what they wish if they believe and push for it... I can already hear the "arhhh you are not serious, you are wasting my time" the only person wasting their time is you, I never said it would be a small or large investment, I said I would invest what I deem and believe as reasonable, but I beg of you to believe in yourself or we aren't going to be able to work together, no matter how good you may be, if you haven't got hope, you haven't got motivation, no motivation means no dedication, no dedication means no time, no time means no money, no money means a waste of my investment, so do not concern or stress about the investment amount, focus on achieving the goal and getting accepted for the currently available position.
Are you serious?
Does it look like I am joking? I am 17, I have money, I want to invest and want to make more money, so yes I would say that i am pretty f**king serious and that I am not f**king joking, plus why would I type so much, just to not be taken seriously, think-again, I done this because I was very serious about doing something, other people would have given up mid-way with a thread like this... just saying, if you got some spare cash and think you can out do and be better than me, than please do or instead how about work with me, and become a investment partner alongside me? Last thing before I finish off this thread and post it, you might think it is un-professional, I am trying at least, give me chance, thank you for reading this entire thread, good luck to all the candidates.
