Looking to buy a factions spawn with these requirements

Spawn should be 150x150
Spawn should be castle themed
Warzone should have detail and be 150x150
Should be one way and have room for 6 crates


Here's an example:

Our server theme is light blue / gray


I have a pretty big budget.
I'm looking to stay around the $50-$100 line but I am willing to pay more if your quality exceeds standards.
