As you can see by the thread title I am in need of a 12x12 chunk base design for factions.
If you are an experienced builder and reasonably fast please let me know as we will be needing this build by the 22-23rd of July at the latest.
My policy for payments is very simple.
I will allow you to build wherever you would like along as i can see the build either through screen share or in person.
