PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE I am currently selling a minecraft server, I am able to change the name of the server and the MOTD to your liking, I have also fully setup factions some crates and ranks including staff/donor ranks. I have the kits setup, it is not an OP factions and isn't pay to win either! I also have a custom made spawn that I purchased when I was hosting the server a few months back. If you're interested in purchasing this minecraft server I am going to be selling all of it for $15 ($25 paypal if you want me to change some things) paypal, I have nice plugins some of which are very very nice and hard to find.
