This is my factions spawn I built mid last year. I was planning on releasing a regular factions server however ended up sticking with hardcore factions and never utilised this factions spawn build. I have no use for it therefore I am putting it up for sale - selling it exclusively (so only selling once).
It's very customizable, however I have took the liberty of adding in a enchanting table/anvil area, crates area and some potion shop signs here and there just to give you an idea of what you can do with it if you decide to purchase it.
I would like to sell it for $35.00 USD however the price is negotiable.
Proof I made this spawn will be supplied to the buyer in private so I avoid the kids who copy the screenshots and claim they made it.
