I've just stumbled upon this post and thought I recognized the name! It's always been an absolutely pleasure to work with Wolfie. I had no idea this was for sale but I'm going to give Wolfie a vouch based on my experience with him. I hope you get an offer that'll do your brilliant idea proper justice!
Your XenForo site is nothing special. Its a complete basic setup.
All you have done is changed a few theme colours and put an iframe to the litebans page: https://fallenislands.com/bans/
original theme: https://www.themehouse.com/xenforo/2/themes/tactical ($35 value and a generous $5 maybe for the custom colours...)
Completely contradicting statements there buddy.
Only thing worth selling here is the config of the server and the domain...
How can you sell this as a complete server if your not including an XenForo license?

This cat has been extremely busy all around.
Here are my thoughts on the situation:
From what I've read, Wolfiediamond is unsure of what he's actually selling. This is especially seen when discussing the website and the theme.
So here's how I see it. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
The Core:
ASkyblock + Factions. Nothing innovative but still a viable core.
Custom Features:
Nothing groundbreaking and can most likely be commissioned by anyone for around 10-20$
One of the most worthy items is the core itself. It seems to be of extremely high quality but feature-wise, do not expect this to be the next Hypixel server.
The premium plugins consist of:
- Litebans
- AAC (Advanced Anti-Cheat)
This will be light on your wallet if you need to purchase these plugins, and Litebans is quite a common plugin for most servers.
Website:
A 20-30$ theme (This comes from 2 sources that sell this theme) which will require the buyer to also renew the theme every month.
A fully set up Litebans interface (which is free for everyone who has a Litebans license)
Marketing:
Non-existant/light marketing. The discord is fully set up but there's nothing that you can't do yourself within a few hours.
The Buycraft is a simple layout and will just be a template for the buyer to copy and improve.
You the buyer would need to do most of the work if you want to get this lifted off the ground and released.
These things include basic Artwork, Xenforo License, Advertising, Player Beta-Testing (This was guessed by not knowing the ram of the server), Discord maintenance, and more.
With knowing personally Wolfiediamond is quite a decent fellow I would give him the benefit of the doubt and say that none of what he's selling is "cracked/illegal".
But to play devil's advocate and play both sides,
The license itself (Xenforo) given to him by his partner seems sketchy as he doesn't know where the original license originates.
The theme might also be "leaked" as he doesn't know the renew date. I concluded this by him stating he knows when the domain expires but not the theme. The theme & the website is a huge point of selling FallenIslands
If Wolfiediamond does bug-test when the test server up it would raise the quality of this server a bit to assure you that the server will have no game-breaking issues.
Celaena's Conclusion:
This is a server you would not purchase for the website, Discord, Buycraft, or the domain.
This server should be purchased if you have a large budget and looking to open a server or if you're a network owner and looking to move away from the common gamemodes that most other networks have.
I have not seen or tested the core myself. I cannot judge the server with just a description. I'm looking forward to the test server!
This is not a "Bash", "Trashing" or written as a "Hate" comment. I'm sorry if it came off as one. I'm simply putting out my mind and thoughts about the server and giving my 100% honest opinion. If I missed a point or two please let me know as I would like to improve myself as a seller, a buyer, and overall a being cat.

I think Wolfiediamond is selling Xenforo FILES and not the license. I'm not the most knowledgable cat on Xenforo and how they work and if you're allowed to do this. If it's what I think, it should be perfectly viable to sell what he's selling.

This is already an "incomplete" server as I explained in my post. You would technically have to put in more money for everything to be polished than purchasing the server itself.

From the XenForo License Agreement:
TLDR: you cannot share XF core files unless your selling a license with them and that license must be over 120days old.
SO basically giving someone an XenForo setup without a license is the same as what "nulled" sites do.
Hey there, thanks for the reply. I agree with what you are saying. The server is being sold for mainly the files and the custom plugin, the gamemode plugin of the server is where most of the value lies.

As I mentioned, the website was not created by me as I do not own a XenForo license. This means I was also not the one who downloaded the theme (a license is required for the theme download). I said the license ect was given to myself by someone, this is why I cannot provide proof of the license, theme ect. I apologize if this is inconvenient or "dodgy". However, the details of this are pretty irrelevant as I was selling the files to the site.
The server is not grown or anything. As stated, I am not an owner or marketing professional so the server, Discord and the BuyCraft are not grown. I would love to hear who these buyers offering "multiple hundreds of dollars" are. Every aspect of the server seems unfinished.
