thank you for letting us know. To comply with European trading rules, we have decided to set out refund policy to issue refunds within 14 days.

The typo has been fixed on our website now. We are waiting for our thread design creator to create a new copy of the thread design with the real refund policy.

Please have a look at https://fastsrv.io/knowledgebase/108/Unmetered-Hosting---whatandsharp039s-the-catch.html :

Unmetered hosting has a soft RAM limit of 32GB, and our nodes have a hard limit of 256GB.
If you require more RAM than initially assigned, please open a ticket and we will check that this is not being abused and then increase the limit accordingly.
If we are unable to increase the limit due to other servers, we can migrate your server to another node.

Your minecraft hosting is not located in Los Angeles. It's located in Houston, TX.
I'm very dissapointed because I was expecting to get 190+ ping.

our hosting packages are indeed located in Los Angeles.
We use Voxility IP uplinks that are off-site near our datacenter provider as Quadranet only provides us with a 20 Gbps DDoS protection. They are located in Los Angeles, Houston, TX is a Geo-IP issue that should (hopefully) be solved soon.

If you prefer to have a 20 Gbps instead of a 480 Gbps DDoS protection, please open a ticket and we will provide you with a dedicated IP - completely free.
