People are offline in discord, and I can't seem to find my servers ip address.

Devouch - My ticket has been open for 4 days and no replies yet, kind of getting frustrated. Literally none to little support, made a live chat and all I got responded to was "It will be when it is accepted" when I was asking how long it takes to get the invoice setup.

I'm still a little confused about your refund policy as your Terms of Service says
There are no refunds past the 12 hour period.

Yet your website says
Receive a refund without any reason given within 14 days of purchase.

never buy from fastsrv. I haven't received my service and I wanted a refund and I still don't have them after 24 hrs they do not offer 14 days money back they offer 12 hrs from payment not 12 hrs after receiving your service. also a rep named Hugo said United states federal law doesnt apply to him or this company. rx group the provider of fastsrv says that Rx grouo and fastsrv are based in buffalo new york usa which sounds like treason from fastsrv breaking federal law. never but from this company unless you want to be scammed of your money and treated like a nobody. They are mean. I recommend you tell everyone about how this company is after reading this. I am still trying to get my money back.

Im not backing up fastsrv but i know Hugo and the US Laws do not apply to him in any way shape or form since he is UK Based.

Don't bother with this host - their discord support is useless - you get a reply, respond to that reply and hear nothing back.
