The typo has been fixed on our website now. We are waiting for our thread design creator to create a new copy of the thread design with the real refund policy.

This law does not apply to digital content.
Just letting you know since a 14 day refund policy is actually dangerous, especially for low-profiting monthly services such a Minecraft hosting.

Alright. Even though you mentioned earlier that you want to comply with the "European trading rules". Not sure how these rules can be specific to the UK if they are "European". Nonetheless, best of luck with your company!It is because in the UK (Where FastSRV is registered) refunds apply to goods and services not just physical goods.

Hmm. Lovely Service, I did have to wait a while for a response from support. But once I got a reply they were apologetic about the slow reply. The person on the support chat on site was extremely helpful, polite and seemed very friendly and answered my question as best as he could - he suggested the basic or advanced plan.
Moving on, I also later got a reply on telegram. The person was extremely helpful when replying to my questions, at the end they recommended the Standard Plan and also told me a 10% off code that I could use for the purchase.
Overall, both support users were extremely helpful and friendly. They acted professionally. TL;DR - I recommend this service, they are helpful and always willing to support you regarding any situation.

I was going to try your servers whilst I was testing a few things rather than throwing my own dedicated up on work servers but upon registering your website timed out and fails to load now. It is not my connection either, any ideas?
