Hi I own navalclash a military themed factions movecraft server and we are looking for a strong female admin to join our team. I need a no lifer someone who can just be online. To some people someone who has no life is looked down on, I on the other hand would value such a person as I require someone to manage the staff and generally watch my back. There could be remuneration for your time we can discus it. Male members of the community may apply but I am looking for someone in particular.

You must be a deccent person (respectful, nice, well mannered, no swearing)
You must be Calm
You must have Discord
You must have a mic
You must be available for uptoo 5 hours a day (Mostly weekends 8 Hours).

Hope you do realize,gender age race or anything of the sorts determine how mature a person.This seems like a joke and no real server will specifically head hunt a female administrator.Along with that it seems quite odd that both previous admins Disappeared.If you are hiring these people with other intentions it is quite sad.Otherwise good luck with search.

See I'm Female and have been admin on other servers. The one thing I cannot comply with is being online 8 hours a day as I am a student still in high school.

Don't be sexist buddy. Not all female admins are mature and non toxic you know. For example I know a server, that got griefed before, because of female manager. So what i mean by that is that male admins can be mature and non toxic as well. Gender doesn't really matter.

EDIT: Not to mention the reason she griefed an entire server. The reason she did this is becauce owner start a koth without her "permission" i would like to say. Not only that she also leaked all server files and put them on adfly for some extra cash.

I am not trying to be sexist I have a rite to look for any gender person I want if I had said male admin there would have been no problem. In my experience I have only had good experiences with female admins as such I am looking for one again. I have not had a female admin for about a year and I can, having had only good female members of staff in the past say that NOT having a female member of staff on my staff team makes a big difference to ME and my servers. I can only speak for myself and my experiences and I will have a trial period with whoever I may find. I am not after an edate or whatever you guys are carrying on about. My last girl friend past away I am not looking for anything other than a staff member.
