Hi! I'm Brian, and I am currently looking for a Minecraft Developer/Configurator to help me and my team on our next project.

I aquired a server by the name CherrySMP (Click me - discord.gg/cherrysmp) around a year ago, but its been shut down for a while due to my inactivity - however I have since became more active and currently I want to focus on promotion to gain back the playerbase that once existed. Therefor me and my team (fairly small) is looking for help with developing and configuring the basics of the server, and in return you will be PAID.

I will personally develop along side you, as I have a very clear view of what I want - and what my old players want. You may also work with other members of my team, so understanding English and being able to work in a team is crucial for this position.

Position Information & Payment:

• We are offering 5-8$ an hour + bonuses, along side with 5% revenue share. (Last time we had it open we were averaging around 500$ a month)
• Hours are on a per project-basis, so we can not guarantee what amount of hours you can expect.

Requirements & Meritorious:

• To apply for this position you must be 13+ with parental consent, or above the legal age of consent.
• You must understand general development terms & how a Minecraft Server works.
• Having a functioning microphone & showing past work is meritorious.

Problem Solving

• A new feature causes lag and players report missing permissions. How would you respond to try and mitigate the issue as fast as possible?,
• Players have found a major exploit, how would you patch it and manage the community?,

• Do you use any tools for project tracking? (e.g. Trello, Notion..),
