FIXED | Can anyone help me install mc plugins?

Heya, I just started up a server and I've tried to install a few plugins.
The server is on pterodactyl, it's a spigot egg. The server itself starts up with no issues (1.12.2)

The plugins though don't seem to be loading. Can anybody help me out?
