I wouldn't recommend this - support tickets takes 5+ days for any response, server startup was very slow (with no plugins) and the panel used is awful. I would recommend other hosts such as TigerNode or Aquatis
De ouch used the, for two months and it was horrid! The server had at the most 80% uptime.
It would make more sense & look better! :tup:

I can agree with you guys. The few times I've used them, I have had less than a stellar experience. I would not recommend them anymore, unfortunately.
GLWS. I'm sure you're doing just fine regardless of our reviews as you are extremely well established.
Why would we try again when we had bad service before and get more bad service if we tried again, Why? I was with you not too long ago and the service was extremely poor then so what improvement would it have now? Not much, most likely - waste of money to try again.
I understand you can't cater for all but a 5 day support ticket is awful, I do not need it investigated as it should of be organised when I was with you not when I would never go back to you also it is possible to be 5+ days for a response as it has happened to not just me therefore, it does sound possible. I don't believe calling your ex-clients "liers" so to speak is a good representation of yourself as a company/organisation.
Their support takes for like 7 hours when I was with them.
Their uptime is 99% though.
