I wouldn't recommend this - support tickets takes 5+ days for any response, server startup was very slow (with no plugins) and the panel used is awful. I would recommend other hosts such as TigerNode or Aquatis

De ouch used the, for two months and it was horrid! The server had at the most 80% uptime.

Thanks for that. Had a small issue with the editor previously as it initially wouldn't post it. Fixed it all now ;)

Average hosting, Support tickets takes ages for them to answer. Live support is always offline. Slow servers.
Just wouldn't recommended them anymore.

I can agree with you guys. The few times I've used them, I have had less than a stellar experience. I would not recommend them anymore, unfortunately.

GLWS. I'm sure you're doing just fine regardless of our reviews as you are extremely well established.

We do care about our reviews though. If it's been a while since you've been with us I suggest you give us another shot, we constantly try to improve our service.

Why would we try again when we had bad service before and get more bad service if we tried again, Why? I was with you not too long ago and the service was extremely poor then so what improvement would it have now? Not much, most likely - waste of money to try again.

It's your choice to leave us be. We'll never be able to perfectly cater to everyone. You do seem really unhappy, and 5 days support ticket wait time really doesn't sound possible. So do me a favour and PM me the e-mail linked to your account with us and I'll investigate.

I understand you can't cater for all but a 5 day support ticket is awful, I do not need it investigated as it should of be organised when I was with you not when I would never go back to you also it is possible to be 5+ days for a response as it has happened to not just me therefore, it does sound possible. I don't believe calling your ex-clients "liers" so to speak is a good representation of yourself as a company/organisation.

I am not calling you a liar. There really is no need to read into things that aren't there. But 5 days is extreme. So that means something went wrong and I want to look into that. I don't see what harm it could do for you to just send me the info so I can properly look into that.

I can't decide if I should vouch or not. But I will certainly not devouch.

I've had issues with fluctis but they were all resolved within a day. They do not have the best servers but they are fine for me. Especially for the price I am paying. The control panel is good with 12-14 year olds but once you get used to it it's like no other control panel.

I would recommend fluctis if you just need a small server for some build purposes or tests (That's what I use it for)

Also, Cursary I think you are full of crap. My support tickets (Send quite a few) have always been answered within 36 hours. The average it took is 9-13 hours for a response. Friendly staff support is what is still keeping me with them, and the price ofcourse. They get straight to the point.

My server also has a 99% uptime. If not better, the server never shutdown for no reason, if I kept it on, in stayed online. I had one maintence thing when it went down and one time I just screwed up with plugins and whatnot. If they still offer discounts then you should try it atleast one month if you do not need a strong server.

So, see this as a mediocre vouch.

We're improving on that as we speak. We know we have had the reputation of slower replies. Some people tend to think 7 hours is pretty fast compared to some competitors, but I believe it still slow, so we're looking for extra staff and getting our hours straightened out. You will also see live chat more online.

So on the PIC you can see how many servers are you running JUST on ONE NODE http://prntscr.com/ehhw0s (So there are 10 Pages Full of these "Chests" whitch are your Clients (one of them is me). So there are 51 Servers (Chests) on the PIC above * 10 pages = 510 Servers was/were on the Node. Not all of them are working, (i hope so) maybe 100-200 are working. This is probably becouse you are having 50-70% disconuts every month... Your CPU is (Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v2 @ 3.50GHz so 6/12 i think, so 100-200 servers running on that ? ) The Proof and your Review is on my theard to http://www.mc-market.org/threads/150947/ <--- .
I'm not trying to "remove" your Clients from your Host. I'm 100% sure, without Those discounts you Will get Great Perfomance for all Clients. I know your Goal is to have Tons of Clients, but you need to offer them good quality and Support. BTW support, please Hire or Add 5 or more Peoples for Support reply. 2 - 3 days support reply is not that great. (http://prntscr.com/ehi1yx) .
