So on the PIC you can see how many servers are you running JUST on ONE NODE http://prntscr.com/ehhw0s (So there are 10 Pages Full of these "Chests" whitch are your Clients (one of them is me). So there are 51 Servers (Chests) on the PIC above * 10 pages = 510 Servers was/were on the Node. Not all of them are working, (i hope so) maybe 100-200 are working. This is probably becouse you are having 50-70% disconuts every month... Your CPU is (Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v2 @ 3.50GHz so 6/12 i think, so 100-200 servers running on that ? ) The Proof and your Review is on my theard to http://www.mc-market.org/threads/150947/ <--- .
I'm not trying to "remove" your Clients from your Host. I'm 100% sure, without Those discounts you Will get Great Perfomance for all Clients. I know your Goal is to have Tons of Clients, but you need to offer them good quality and Support. BTW support, please Hire or Add 5 or more Peoples for Support reply. 2 - 3 days support reply is not that great. (http://prntscr.com/ehi1yx) .
510 servers is ridiculous and clearly wrong on the part of whatever script you are running. I don't know what it's counting but it sure is not the active servers on the machine.[DOUBLEPOST=1488988924][/DOUBLEPOST]
Did you really get spammed with termination e-mails? That sounds odd, can you PM me some more info?
It's still strange though, WHMCS sends mails automatically. We've never had it spam by itself. If you have any info on it you can provide us then please do so we can look into it to make sure it can't happen again.

I have found a bug that lets me access all your Clients servers and Delete files from them. PM me for more info if you want to fix that
I looked at your server and see what you mean, you're using the filemanager plugin. So you're seeing all home directories.
That's giving you a wrong impression. Due to us having to block file access completely to some essential files to avoid tampering, the system can't delete these files, so for every deleted client the home directory remains with 2-3 .sh files in them, those are not active clients at all
. We manually delete them once-so-often but it's a bit of a waste of time for us.It's not wise to come to conclusions too quickly

I highly do not recommend this host. Their servers are very slow and can't even host a basic server with little to no plugins.
That's highly unusual. Can you PM me the details so I can look into it?
When you have server slowness it is really best that you contact us so we can look into why it's happening, if it's your server (e.g. your world) or if we need to move you to another location.

Can you PM me some details? We are improving on our service and would like to know from you what we can do better?
I've asked all the people who replied previously but none of them got in touch with me. We are not joking about this though.
We have a couple thousand active clients and are not always able to please everyone, that's why I want to hear from the unhappy people what we can improve upon. We are already working on improving support as that is our main problem.
