DISCORD BOT NAME: Staff Bot
DISCORD BOT DESCRIPTION: It's basically a bot with staff commands such as mute, tempmute, ban, tempban, kick, warn with a warning system, infractions checker. And when these commands are run by someone with one of the staff roles, a little questionnaire comes up asking them questions like: (name of the offender, what channel the infraction was done in, what the infraction was, (for tempmute and tempban how long I would last), the staff's name. And the answers to this questionnaire would then be posted in an embed in the mod logs channel.

(If you have one) YOUR DISCORD SERVER YOU WANT THIS BOT ON: I kinda have a test server I use to test bots on, but don't have an official server yet, trying to get the bots made first
