My name is Mason, I'm a long time player/developer and am coming back from a very long break.
A little bit of technical background, I started developing Minecraft plugins when I was 14, have built clients (both hacked and PvP-oriented), owned/operated a few ventures, and am currently pursuing a Software Engineering degree. I'm extremely competent, but a bit rusty on the Minecraft specific side of development. Most of my Minecraft specific experience worked with 1.8.9, and I'd prefer to develop for that version. However I'd be open to newer versions if it's a good fit.
I've recently tried to play the game/develop for it again, but it's not nearly as fun without a community. I have a full time job now and don't feel the same urge I used to to build something from the ground up. I'd love to join a smaller community that doesn't have a huge budget that needs help with small-medium size projects.
If you have a real budget/decent playerbase, please leave this opportunity for someone else. I'd really love to help out a bit of an "underdog".
