Ticket bots fall into the category of some of the easiest bots to make. Why are you asking for vouches if you can't do a task as simple as that one ^?

You're breaking MCM's terms of service, you're not allowed to use reputation as a currency.

Vouches and reputation are different, if your getting the two mixed up. If people are using for reputation points then you could report it if you wish.
