Completely agree with you. Placed my order for a logo roughly a month ago. Gotten near to nothing except for a preliminary sketch. He has sent many deadlines as to when the final will be done, but never meets those deadlines. Currently in the process of requesting a refund.

There is much construction going on around my home, I have been working on a laptop recently. (without a tablet)

I understand this is not an excuse to get your work to you late, but I am doing what is possible without my tablet without risking quality in your artwork. I hope you understand and if I could give a time that I will be back in my house, I would.

Same with me, getting quite ridiculous. Doesn't answer me half the time either, this is why I do not like paying full price up front on here.

Your deadline is coming up this week, it has not past. Before posting things like this I'd appreciate you trying to get a hold of me somewhere where it is possible for me to respond at the moment.

I give my email to every client and responses are very quick if I am not able to get on Skype.

I had ordered my logo 15 days ago, with hopes to get it within the first week. But now it has been half a month with absolutely no progress. And not only that, now he is not wanting to refund at all, even though it states this on his site: http://i.elcro.pw/S1456885454S.png

I see where you are coming from here, but he had home problems, I have been waiting for mine as well. He sent out a message to all clients saying they will receive their order today. He was also kind enough to give me a $30 voucher.

Completely agree with you HCAZ. I am currently still experiencing the same issue with Fuel. I was promised a delivery of my final logo on March 1 but have not seen anything since. I was told that I cannot receive a refund because he has moved past the draft. I have not seen any progress since the draft, and have only received excuses as to why the deadlines haven't been met.

Welp turns out to be a scam. Been about a month since my deadline, still no response. Issued a chargeback and waiting to get my money back. Do not purchase from this man, period.

TL;DR: Scam.

He scammed me and a lot of others. He has been banned for a week or two.
