Full Server Team (PAID) (PROFESSIONAL)

Currently building a large scale server project and am in need of a team, these positions will be COMPLETELY paid positions and I will be making no profit off of this!
The people I am looking for & the amount they will be paid will be below.

15% OF SERVER PROFITS WILL BE RETURNED BACK INTO THE SERVER
85% OF SERVER PROFITS WILL BE PAID TO STAFF

(0/1) Server Manager (Head Administrator) (Co-Owner)
REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 16+
- Must be trustworthy and professional
- Must be friendly and able to work with a team
- Must be active

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be trustworthy and professional
- Please have a portfolio of past builds ready
- Must be active

Also you're gonna want more staff than that if you want to scale the server up, and you're not gonna want to pay as many of the staff
