I am selling a server i made called ArcticMC.
i worked very hard on this server and made it nearly perfect, i finished it and then nothing happened to it.
I am selling the server files that come straight from the FTP.
Note, i am not selling domains/discord ownership since they don't exist. I just made the server and am selling the files.
Server Info:
There are 3 flat worlds; Spawn (Overworld), End (1 Bedrock, 20 Endstone(Flat)) and Nether (1 Bedrock, 20 Netherrack(Flat))
Crates, Kits, Permissions, Koths, Builds and warps are set up and can be changed if you would like.
I set this server up fully as it was what i would have wanted to do. I setup /shop and made a balanced eco which could also be changed.
The general theme is Aqua And White (Arctic Themed, Water And Snow)
I have also spent up to 5 hours doing essentials messages so everything should be fully operational.
T&C:
You can re brand this server (change the name and messages) but don't claim it as your own work as i put in lots of effort and stayed up all night on countless nights finishing it. I'm not asking for credit but just don't say it was all you.
Features can be changed. Also please do not leak any of the plugins.
No reselling the server files or plugins in any way.
Charging back means i have full ownership of the files again and will continue to redistribute.
Any bugs / glitches found, report to me and i will try my best to fix them.
You have a 2 week guarantee from receiving the files of me fixing the bugs or adding features.

I am looking for a relatively high offer to buy it personally or a low offer and i can keep the resale rights.

there is plenty of space for other builds such as outposts. I installed ASYNCWorldEdit so you will be able to world edit millions of blocks in seconds with no server lag.
