GalacticMC - Experienced Plugin Developer (% of profits)

Hey everyone, I'm Toadally, joint owner of GalacticMC. I also happen to be the developer of the server as well. The problem is, I'm not as experienced as you guys may be, and my code is quite messy and unorganized. So, after a while I finally brought myself up to request a developer who would be willing to take my place as the head dev for Galactic, but not as development director. Please fill out the application format thoroughly. It should take more than 5 minutes to complete. If accepted, an interview will be conducted and if accepted, a GitHub project will be created for Galactic for the code to be shared back and forth. I will message you personally if you are accepted, requesting Skype contact information. When the server releases, the developer will earn anywhere from 10-15% of profits, along with a payment per plugin made. For more details, PM me.​

Offering profit as a form of payment is rather risky, what happens if the server makes $10 in that month, that means the developer will get $1.50 from the Network to pay for all his plugins?

You'll get better Developers if you set a wage per month/week/project.
