I'm one of the Owners, and head of staff of the GalacticMC network. Today I will be requesting applications for staff on our team as we're launching soon! As the title suggests we have paid positions, which is described in more detail in the next Section, we also have free positions which still get benefits, just not actual money. Depending on how you do things, its either a Ban or Mute, It all depends on your punishments and how you run them though.

How would you initially react to a guest advertising another server on ours? I would say "Don't spam it in chat and don't link it in chat... ask people on the server if they would live to visit our server and private message them the IP address to the server.

How knowledgeable are you with managing a minecraft server, along with your past experience? I have owned many servers, all of which haven't ever gotten big but with the players we had, they were happy how they played and how we ran the server. While we never had more than 40-50 players (at the biggest) I'd say for the people we had, they were active, they showed support and they seemed to like the server.

How well do you know our gamemodes? I haven't yet got a chance to play on the server, but I find when I do get the chance, I will grasp the gamemodes very quickly.

Did anyone refer you? Nope.

How would you initially react to a guest advertising another server on ours? Well, obviously advertising isn't taken as a joke so I wouldn't handle it lightly, but I wouldn't be ban hungry. I would speak to the advertiser first, after muting them from the chat about why they were advertising and explain to them why it's not allowed, and then I would ban then from the server for a certain amount of time.
