I tried selling my previous server EnchantsMc but it has been so successfully I decided to not sell anymore. I tried to make a new server GemPvP but I realized I need to put my time towards EnchantsMC and not a new server.
About GemPvP:
GemPvP currently has 12 Youtube Members including AnglesPvP, Sweetbootieee, G0dOfPurple (Justin Gaming) and more. Because of there viewer base is CosmicPvP we use RandomPackage which includes CosmicPvP Enchantments. We opened the server April 14, 2017, and its fairly new. The reason it has such a low playerbase (40-50) is because on opening there was 200+ trying to log in at the same time and there was lots of lag. We believe it is the Server but because we just opened we don't have enough donations to buy a new GOOD dedicated server. Therefore with the right owner trying to invest some money into a server with a playerbase this will be the right purchase for you. All you need is to get a new Host, Pay the youtubers for some more videos (If they stay, which they should.) and fix some bugs players have which we haven't got around to doing.

On opening we made over $100 but that was because of the lag ect. Then we started making 20-30$ a day.
