Hey! I'm Dave — better known in-game as DontAskMeit, and I’m the creator of GoPlayMC.


I’ve been building servers and playing Minecraft for years, and GoPlay isn’t just a server — it’s a community. I built this place to be fair, friendly, and fun — with no pay-to-win and a chill vibe where your feedback actually matters.


GoPlayMC is designed to be your FREE go-to Minecraft network, focused on quality gameplay, fair progression, and semi-crossplay support.

What We Offer​

• Survival SMP – Mostly vanilla with minor enhancements like /rtp, land claiming, and community-driven updates.
• Arcade Mode – Play solo and party games like Bowling, Mini Golf, TNT Tag, Farm Hunt, and BedWars — with more on the way.
• Skyblock – Classic Skyblock gameplay with a few twists to keep it interesting.
• Crossplay Compatible – Java & Bedrock players welcome, no account linking required.
• Zero Pay-to-Win – Cosmetics and ranks exist, but gameplay stays balanced for everyone. Anyone can earn cosmetics just by playing.

• Monitor chat for toxicity, spam, and rule-breaking
• Help settle disputes and keep the peace
• Answer general questions and assist new players
• Enforce punishments (mutes, warnings, bans) fairly

Admin​

• Oversee staff performance and support moderators
• Take lead on server events, community issues, and escalations
• Get a voice in staff promotions and server decisions
• Help test and shape upcoming content

Skyblock also features some small twists, adding a new dimension to the classic experience. I love games where you can take your time and explore the world, and that's exactly what's happening here. Even if I occasionally get distracted by other activities—for example, you can learn everything about it before deposit, where you can explore the platform without verification and try out your strategies—I still come back to Minecraft. Because it offers real interaction with people, live communication, and participation in server development.
