If you have a bank linked in your paypal you can call your bank and paypal to get it back explain what happen and most likey they will give you the money back.

The thing that sucks is it was 5 different payments and the total was originally only 96$ but then there was like an extra 20$ chargeback fee for each payment[DOUBLEPOST=1579042663][/DOUBLEPOST]

I used to sell fortnite minty codes and some guy bought 5 or so then charged back[DOUBLEPOST=1579042843][/DOUBLEPOST]

No one is going to just give you free money from you just saying that. At least show proof or something and you may get a few cents

I guess, I also sell things but nobody ever buys my items, if anyone even considers donating though I will show proof of course

Good moment for this question: Is PayPal going to take some sort of action against this user if he doesnt pay the debt?

They will give the case to the collection agency where they send a ton of letters to your house until you pay

Collection agency can't do shit if they can't 100% confirm its you. And even if they do send letters, you can just ignore them.
