Kid, you retarded? Let's say the collection agency is on you for bills or something and they have 100% proof it's your residence ie. Someone came to hand-deliver you a letter which they sometimes do. Sure, they have your address and you can then be sued but if they don't have 100% proof it's you then they can't sue you.
