5. Using my finished or unfinished work in any way without paying isn't allowed and actions will be taken.

7. Revisions after the work has been concluded can be charged extra.
8. I require 100% down payment for work under $15.

Oh, I see. I don't know how old that server is but the logo I made was made for Astrum (astrum.rip , I think they had astrum.net IP before) somewhere between late 2017 or early 2018.
The owner of the server (I think he is the owner) used the logo here (cords blocker) on 3rd Feb 2018. I uploaded the logo on imgur on 4th Feb 2018 (https://prnt.sc/rjpt9c , also you can check it for yourself on this link ).
Anyways, I can see the resemblance, but it is because both logos use the free mascot template. Also I did image google search with their logo (I tried with mine but nothing popped up) and this is what I got from it https://prnt.sc/rjpgeb which further proves that the mascot wasn't stolen neither from me nor from them.
Also to add on, I found the logo in a video like this one (obviously not that one since it is after I made the original logo we are talking here about, but I couldn't find the original video).
As conclusion, I wouldn't really say BTEC version of their logo since even they were not original but sure. If you have any questions please do ask either here or in dms.
