About Myself:
My name is Robin and i am a 20 year old from Belgium (I speak Dutch and English) that has been working full-time for years. Also been working in my free time online behind the scenes in major skin trading and betting websites (2015-2018.)
I am financially stable and ready to share my ongoing project with others.
What am i making?:
A minecraft network with NO Pay2win whatsoever! On modes such as: Factions, Survival, Skyblock, Prison & More normal modes (No minigames).
Read at the bottem what is already completed!
Why am i making this?:
I find the networks that provide Factions, Survival, Prison, skyblock, ETC.. To focussed on making money.
Everytime i open a networks store i get absolutely disgusted by how greedy networks can be. It is a absolute Pay2win Moneygrab.
Example:
A random rank on a network providing factions:
Important: The reason of creating this is not for the money! The money the server pulls will be only put into the server and Staff initially!
What do i need?:
Developer:
A co-owner developer that will get equity and/or a initial payment.
A developer that can add little extras to the existing modes listed above to make it worth it for people to play. I am a very open guy, i am sure we can work great together!
I myself will do most of the boring setups
. It is the real java coding i have no expertise in.
I rather give equity than only, so the developer can be a actuall part of the project and not just a freelancer. BUT we can definitly discuss about a initial payment.
Willing to have possibly 2 Developers/co-owners.
I have money for advertisements. Putting money into the project can be discussed however.
Management team:
Currently i am still all alone in this, Looking for dedicated staff to make this project come true!
I need every kind of manager/helper there could be.
Initially you won't get paid but i am not a cheapskate. I don't make this for the money, i will put my staff first regarding server profits. But i won't be someone that makes promises regarding money to than not fulfill. That is why i will tell everyone from the getgo, No inital payments.
What is already done and in Progress?
Server:
Currently Factions is completely done. (Can be made more extensive with help of a developer, but it already has some extens to it.)
Starting to make a 1.15.2 survival, non grief server next. after that prison/skyblock.
Website: Currenlty on Enjin but it is not a basic design. (Check below for link)
Media:
Logo's and a server banner are all made. Waiting for a server trailer till it is going fully live.
