I process +$7K/month worth of transactions with PayPal. PayPal isn't the issue though. If a credit card payment is made and the person calls up his bank, the payment will be reversed, no matter what you do. If the payment went through PayPal will reverse it too.

And to add on to that, VISA charges a $20 fee for each reversal (applies to Credit card payments through PayPal too). So you kinda get double fucked. Not nice. Especially if it's a $4 transaction.
That's true as well. If they use a bank, you lost the money 100% of the time..

I haven't been scammed, but around a year ago I helped a guy in some random forums, he was mad because the work wasn't perfect and he wanted instant support, so he started spamming that forums saying that I was a scammer. He got banned, but the forums closed some after a couple of months.

Yep a lot actually. I actually just got scammed $70 on october 9th.
and it was sent as friends and family so couldn't refund it. I was so angry, I was just about to buy premium to man. it freaking sucks

Call PayPal on the phone and tell them you didn't do the payment and never knew (if you didnt make a paypal ticket yet and say you got scammed)

I decided to let my friend play on my old ass steam account before he moved away as a "gift". Since he moved away and I no longer had any contact with him anymore, he decided to trade my 107 dollar knife to himself and be a total dick. Since then, I haven't been able to receive that knife back.

This is probably a small amount compared to some people I know. But I have been scammed $91 in total by several people I have dealt with in the past.

First time I got scammed was $40 by a guy who wanted BTC for XF license. It turns out to be a nulled copy, and I got super mad at him. Smart guy, I thought. I let him get away with it and thought I learned my lesson.

Then while I was loaning my money to people on LH, I got scammed by another smart scammer. This time, it was $10. Welp, I let that go.

I thought I got scammed enough when another person on LH scammed me another freaking $10.

I got scammed another $10 somewhere I forgot. (Think I blamed it on MCSell for shutting down.)

Then finally, I was "scammed" (sort of) while being a co-owner/administrator on a WIP MC forum. I offered to buy an add-on for $25 since the main owner was poor as hell (though he did buy the XF license). He said yes, so I bought it. I also did a lot of work on the forum just like everywhere else I worked, mind you. Then he decides to sell it to another MC forum owner for $20 and they shut it down. I didn't get any compensations, though the main owner got the entire $20. One of the worst owner I worked for.

So yeah. That's pretty much it. I was pretty mad after each time I got scammed, but I learned my lessons each time (hopefully). So I hope I don't get scammed again. End of my story.
