Elevator signs
The elevators are controlled with signs. To create a sign, use the following format
[up] (Configurable) - Sends a player up, requires a down sign above it.
[down] (Configurable) - Sends a player down, requires a up sign below it.

Default Config:

elevator-sign-create-up: '[Up]'
elevator-sign-create-down: '[Down]'
elevator-sign-text-up: '&9[Up]'
elevator-sign-text-down: '&9[Down]'
elevator-sign-create-message: '&6You have created an elevator sign.'
teleport-up-message: '&6You have been teleported up.'
teleport-down-message: '&6You have been teleported down.'
only-own-territory-message: '&6You can only use elevator signs in your own territory.'
elevator-sign-above-this-sign-message: '&6You must place an elevator sign above this
  sign.'
elevator-sign-under-this-sign-message: '&6You must place an elevator sign under this
  sign.'

Not the same plugin, mine checks if the player has combattag, also checks if they are in there own claim.
