- Collaborating with other builders to create large projects
Admins - As an Admin, you'll play a crucial role in managing the server and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Setting up plugins and managing server configurations
- Adding custom items, armor, and other features to make gameplay exciting and engaging
- Ensuring that the server runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise
Developers - We're also looking for Developers who can help us create and manage datapacks and plugins to enhance the gameplay experience. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Java programming, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing plugins and datapacks (You don't need to be able to do both)
- Collaborating with other Developers to improve server functionality
- Identifying and resolving bugs and other technical issues
Managers - As a Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the work of the Admins and Developers, ensuring that their tasks are completed on time and that the server runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising the work of the Admins and Developers
- Coordinating with other Managers to ensure that server operations are running smoothly
- Ensuring that the community is engaged and that players are satisfied with their experience
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve server operations
- Providing training and mentorship to new team members
- Conducting performance evaluations and addressing any issues that arise
