I am searching for an experienced builder who would build on my server, Riftgarde, on a long term basis.

There is not only one style of design on my server, but there are several various types of builds. Therefore, you need to adapt to several themes, but at the same time create quality structures (medieval, fantasy, European, magical, asian, etc.).

We already know the direction we want our server to take and even have certain designs implemented on the server, so one of the main tasks you will have to undertake is analysis of the current style and its continuation as you develop the world. You will be expected to design various structures (towns, dungeons, landmarks, terrain, terraforming etc.).

Therefore, you must be familiar with numerous types of design. In addition, experience with WorldEdit, Axiom, or any other tool used for building is required.

However, it is not just about looks, your builds need to complement the gameplay itself. The design of the area must be taken into account when designing mob encounters, navigation flow, combat zones, and other aspects of the game experience. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the interaction between builds and game systems (mobs, abilities, progression, etc.), and develop builds according to them.

An eye for details will be very helpful here. I am looking for a designer capable of creating immersive worlds rather than just building structures. Your designs must look alive, thoughtful, and with the proper implementation of depth, color palette, and composition.

Communication is crucial to this job. As we continue working on this project together, my involvement will be high, providing feedback and further iterative development of builds together with you. Fluency in English and effective communication skills are mandatory for a candidate, as well as a clear mic.

I will give you an opportunity to do a small test build to check out your style and proficiency. If you will pass this test, we might start working together for a long period of time.
