What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting users with basic hosting-related issues (servers, panels, billing questions, etc.)
- Helping moderate and support users within our Discord community
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level staff when necessary
- Contributing to a positive, welcoming, and helpful environment
